Do you offer any data solutions?

Mobile data communication is available by connecting the phone to your device (i.e. PC, PDA, etc) via USB connection cable. Please be aware that you are billed 0.32Yen/packet(128byte) and large volume data may result in higher usage charges. You will be responsible for all Internet connections made from your rented phone.

Can I receive my telephone number in advance?

We will send you the phone number 2 days prior to pickup upon request. Please take out the Phone Number Pre-notice option when you book online. Bookings need to be made by 3 days prior to pickup.

Can I use international SMS (Global SMS)?

3G 707SCII phones and SoftBank 3G SIM Cards can send and receive SMS messages both within Japan and to mobile phones overseas (International SMS). Please see the Overseas carriers' list (PDF) for available messaging service providers and their services.

Can I save and send the pictures I took with the rental handset?

Yes, you can take and send the pictures if you rent a 707SCII.

Is it possible to make free-dial calls?

Communication charges will apply when calls are made from SoftBank Global Rnetal mobile phone to toll-free numbers.
