We can only deliver the phone to the address listed on your photo ID. Accordingly, we cannot deliver the phone to hotels or business addresses. We take the following documents for your ID. ・ Japanese passport ・ Japanese driver's license ・ Alien registration card issued by the local government
		Rental phone will be delivered to the designated address.

* Please consult the coverage map before rental. No credit will be given for lack of signal or SIM incompatibility.
* We will take a pre-authorization of 40,000Yen per handset/SIMcard from your credit card as security for payment.
* After the booking deadline, you can apply directly at our rental counters.
* Nokia handsets and 3G SIM Cards must be picked up at one of our rental counters in order for us to check SIM compatibility. These equipments are undeliverable.
* With the enactment of the "Act for the Prevention of Illegal Mobile Phone Use", customers are now requested to submit a copy of their passport/Japanese driver's license/Alien registration card as a personal identification document.
