* If you missed the booking deadline, call our Customer Care in order to confirm that we can get you a phone/SIM card rental on time (we will complete the rental procefures at the time of pickup).
* Same-day rentals also available at the counters.
* For those having difficulties with a pickup at airport, hotel, or business address, you can also pickup your rental equipment at our office in Roppongi, Tokyo (reservation required). Contact Customer Care for details.

For pickup at airport counters
Please come to our counters with your:
  • Passport
  • SIM card (if you rent a Nokia handset)
  • 3G handset (if you rent a 3G SIM card)
For customers picking up at New Chitose airport counter
Please send a copy of one of the following items to Customer Care by 2 days prior to the pickup.
  • Contractor's passport
  • Contractor's Japanese driver's license
  • Contractor's Alien registration card issued by a Japanease local government

You are required to have an address in Japan. We can only deliver the phone to the address listed on your photo ID. Accordingly, we cannot deliver the phone to hotels or business addresses.

We take the following documents for your ID.

  • Japanese passport
  • Japanese driver's license
  • Alien registration card issued by the local government

Rental phone will be delivered to the designated address.

  • Administration fee will be applied to all orders.
  • We will take a pre-authorization of 40,000Yen per handset/SIMcard from your credit card as security for payment.
  • Nokia handsets and 3G SIM Cards must be picked up at one of our rental counters in order for us to check SIM compatibility. These equipments are undeliverable.
  • With the enactment of the "Act for the Prevention of Illegal Mobile Phone Use", customers are now requested to submit a copy of their passport/Japanese driver's license/Alien registration card as a personal identification document.
